What makes a Clifton Charles shirt better?
The cotton is just the start of our quality. Every Clifton Charles shirt is
tailored exclusively to your exact measurements and shares the
highest level attention to detail:
Single-Needle Tailoring. Used only on the finest shirts, due to its
time consummation, single-needle stitching provides a neater, cleaner
look, virtually invisible, and will never pucker, despite multiple
washings.
21 Stitches per inch. A tighter stitch means a more durable, more
luxurious weave, helping a shirt maintain its original shape.
Hand-sewn. Machines are fine for store bought shirts, but for finer,
more exact tailoring, and attention to detail, we prefer to have our
shirts done by expert hands.
100 and 120 two-ply. Two-ply fabrics feel silkier and make for a
more comfortable shirt because two individual threads are twisted
together to make one yarn. It is tightly woven creating a smoother,
stronger fabric.
