Our measuring process.
Shoulder. The distance between the outer edges of men’s
shoulder can vary wildly. A store bought shirt never allows for that
variation, assuming that every man with a 17” neck is built exactly
alike. We all know that’s not true.
Hips. You don’t want a shirt that’s too narrow in the hips, nor too
wide. A custom fit shirt needs to sit perfectly, contouring to the shape of
your body and enhancing, or de-emphasizing your lines.
Waist. Important for your shirt as well as your pants. A shirt
needs to flatter you and create a perfect ‘V’, no matter what shape
you’re in. Custom measurements allow that tailoring.
Chest. You’ve been working out. Or you haven’t. Whatever the
case, a custom tailored shirt needs to sit comfortably across your
chest, flattering your broadness without pulling or blousing.
Length to Seat. The measurement from the base of your neck to where
your buttocks end and legs begin. This measurement insures
proper tucking and overall smoothness. {go back} |
